Patricia Ford, NPP

Pat holds a Bachelors and Masters of Arts in Psychology and Health Communications from the State University of New York at Albany. She received her Masters of Science degree in Nursing from the Sage Colleges in Troy, NY. Pat is board certified as an Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse practitioner and holds current certification in College Health Nursing. Pat has extensive experience working with persons suffering from mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She provides medication management and psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. Pat is also a consultant with Trinity Health Care, and has started a fellowship with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute which will enable her to expand the treatment options she can offer patients.

Kimberly L’Heureux, NPP
 

Kimberly holds a Masters of Science degree in Nursing from the Sage Colleges in Troy, NY. She is certified as an Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has more than 40 years of practical, hands-on experience working with patients in a variety of settings. With her vast experience in addressing the mental health needs of patients, Kimberly possesses a comprehensive knowledge of issues and challenges for both the individual and the family. Her advanced education and diverse background enables her to provide an optimal healing environment for her patients. Kimberly provides medication management and psychotherapy to adults.
